While building surfboards is notoriously messy work, we pride ourselves on cleanliness. Our factory is organized with a temperature-controlled lamination room to ensure the best conditions all year round for the highest quality finished boards. We handle both polyurethane and EPS epoxy construction, along with carbon fiber/innegra work. Our floor layout is set up to handle most any size boards from grom to race-style SUPs with room for expansion for specialty projects.

Our commitment to efficiency is further exemplified by having a dedicated airbrush and sanding room. Having all areas of board manufacturing in-house reduces the need to move the board unnecessarily in the production process. This not only streamlines the production process but also reduces the risk of damage during handling and guarantees the highest quality results with a faster turnaround time right from the start.
